Below are answers to the most common questions regarding ordering and shipping from Ameta.
Orders can be placed directly through your account on our website or by contacting your assigned Ameta account manager. You must have an approved account to view pricing and place orders. If you’re new, simply submit a partner application and our team will review it within one business day.
Orders can be modified or canceled before they are processed and shipped. Please contact your sales rep or our operations team as soon as possible to request changes.
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed, followed by shipping confirmation with tracking details once it ships.
Most orders are processed the same business day if placed before our cutoff time at 3PM Pacific Time. Orders placed after cutoff are processed the next business day.
Special considerations:
- Special order items may require a lead time of up to 2 weeks
- Non-AIBASE brand items may require a lead time of 2 business days
All orders ship from our Los Angeles-area warehouse, allowing for fast delivery across the United States.
Yes, all orders above $300 ship free (standard ground service) across the contiguous 48 United States.
We primarily ship via major carriers such as UPS and FedEx to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.
Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Yes. Overnight, 1-Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day Expedited shipping options are available at check-out.
Yes. For customers in the Greater Los Angeles and Southern California area, we offer same-day Uber delivery options and 24/7 Local pickup.
Yes. We provide a 24/7 pick-up locker located at the front of our City of Industry building. Please contact us to arrange an after-hours pick-up.
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If there is any damage or missing items, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days. AIBASE Color cctv systems may be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date. Restocking fees may apply. For full details, refer to our policy: us.ametagroup.com/warranty/.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Products that are opened or used are not eligible for return and may incur fees.
